Following a face to face meeting with their Head of Technical Services, we've been given a clear mandate to appoint a Senior Technical Services Manager to take the lead on a landmark scheme in Central London.

This particular project is a high profile office tower fit out valued at over £140m, a flagship development that will redefine the skyline. This is a career defining opportunity for an experienced MEP professional to lead on site operations from pre-construction and design development through to delivery and handover.

The Role as a Senior Technical Services Manager

As the lead MEP figure on site, you'll take full ownership of all technical services delivery.

• Overseeing the full project life cycle: pre-construction, design coordination, delivery and commissioning
• Leading client and consultant engagement, chairing services-related meetings
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring compliance with programme and quality standards
• Driving innovation and best practices across MEP packages
• Acting as the key technical authority on-site, working closely with commercial and construction teams

• Base salary: £115,000 to £120,000
