Senior Project Manager

Exciting Senior Project Manager opportunity in Central London for a leading refurbishment and modernisation company.

About the role of Senior Project Manager:

Working on high end commercial projects valued £5 - £25 million, with a focus on CAT B fit out.

Responsibilities for Senior Project Manager:

• Acting as No.1 on site with a Project Director present 1/2 days a week
• Communication with sub contractors
• Day to day Client interaction
• Ensuring programme is met

Requirements for Senior Project Manager:

• Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
• Experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued over £3 million
• Taking projects from tender to delivery
• High end commercial CAT B fit out experience
