Projects will consist of new build residential, regen schemes and hi-rise residential refurbishments 

£55,000 + package  

Based in Southeast London 

Site Manager overview 

• Opportunity to be number one on site and create your own site culture 

• You will have the opportunity to oversee social housing new build residential developments, regeneration schemes and hi-rise residential refurbishments  

• Supportive head office and commercial team with great history of partnering with local authorities on framework agreements 

• Typical value of jobs currently running range between £2/£3 million and up to £12 million 

• Be part of a company that is focused on quality and delivery 

• Company has good landbank of projects and framework agreements so the ideal candidate will be someone keen on long term work 

• Experience of previously running your own jobs alongside a project team, driving programme and being proactive on site 

• Will require examples of running sites at Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager level 

Your key duties as Site Manager 

• Ensuring quality working towards quality standard 

• Co-ordinate labour and trades 

• Monitor and support the site build programme and control material levels 

• Work with and assist a supportive head office and project team 

Key experiences you should have as Site Manager 

• Solid work history of delivering the construction of residential developments  

• Be a great communicator with the ability to oversee sub-contracdtors  

• Developing knowledge of the residential construction process 

• Be from a trade background or have developed skills from activity being on live projects 

• Great customer service skills and the ability to deliver on homeowners’ expectations 

• Ideally you will have around a minimum 2yrs experience as a number one
